Brimming with notes of passionfruit and ripe exotic fruits, intertwined with rich savoury notes. The inclusion of Semillon, natural fermentation and aging on lees in oak have all aided in creating a complex, stylish Sauvignon Blanc that walks the fine line between complexity and drinkability. Bone dry, textural and supported by vibrant acidity on the finish.

This is a soothing Sauvignon Blanc that's all about tender texture rather than energetic aromatics. This is wild-fermented, partly in old oak with extended time on lees. The result is a full-bodied Sauvignon that caresses the palate and provides a mouth-coating texture. The crisp acidity on the finish offers the only angle on the medium-length finish.

Made in a riper, rounder style—more melon and fig than grass and grapefruit—Seresin's 2019 Sauvignon Blanc is still drinking well. Medium to full-bodied, plush and generous, it finishes with vaguely citrus-like notes and a hint of anise. Drink up.

Once again a portion of barrel matured wine and a little semillon added to the mix, this has a sophisticated nose with dried flowers, meadow hay and citrus fruits, gently complex and enticing. Organic/biodynamic Sauvignon Blanc, with 15% fermented in aged French barriques to build texture and complexity. The wine does show some nutty yeast lees characters, although it is still fruit dominant with peach, melon, spice, anise and a subtle citrus influence. Quite a rich, complex wine with character.
