To achieve a harmonious balance of freshness and depth, 43% of the wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks, preserving vibrant fruit flavors, while 57% was sur lie aged for six months in a mix of oak barrels (32% neutral oak, 12% one-year-old oak, and 13% new oak).
