The limited-edition Rosé de Noir is made from the saignée method by drawing colour at the initial pressing stage. A delicate rose petal pink with an abundance of fine bubbles. A complex nose dominated by summer fruits alongside honey and toast characters. The Pinots bring an abundance of red berry flavours to the palate with great fullness and length.

Robert Parker (RP) : 87 Points (2013)
The 2013 Rosé de Noirs is a blend of 86% Pinot Noir and 14% Pinot Meunier that was made using saignée in the vat-room. It has a subtle bouquet with fresh strawberry, apple blossom and blackcurrant leaf aromas. The palate has fresh acidity, very elegant and poised, although I would be seeking for weight towards the finish. As such, I might even give this 24 months in bottle to see if it fills out.
