Pure Syrah, that grows in the heart of our estate, a goblet vineyard where the quantity of stones is massive.
The expression of the grape is stunning: plums, blueberry, black spicy, licorice, smoked notes, hide. The wine comes forward mysteriously and gives a pyrotechnic finish.

Robert Parker (RP) : 96 Points (2018)
One of the icons of the Tuscan coast, this wine is a pioneer in organic and biodynamic farming, especially in this neck of the woods. The Duemani 2018 Syrah Suisassi is beautifully generous and full-bodied. The wine delivers uninterrupted waves of black and purple fruit, all followed up by spice, baker's chocolate and softly cured tobacco. As is the case with Luca D'Attoma's Cabernet Franc Duemani that I also tasted as an unfinished wine, I am pleased to say that these final results more than delivered on my expectations. This is mostly thanks to the wine's balance and power.

Vinous (Antonio Galloni) (VN) : 96 Points (2016)
The 2016 Suisassi brings together power and freshness to a degree that is quite rare on the coast. Inky dark purplish fruit, leather, licorice, plum, lavender and spice come together in a deep Syrah endowed with tremendous concentration as well as power. Time in the glass brings out the wine's explosive energy and tension. The 30% whole clusters are evident, but not overly so.

James Suckling (JS) : 97 Points (2015)
The blackberries and cloves are intense on the nose with licorice and hints of eucalyptus, too. Full body, extremely fine tannins and citrus rind undertones. Tight and composed. I love the length. Drink now. (8/2017)

Wine Spectator (WS) : 90 Points (2011)
Thick in texture, this red delivers plum, blackberry, tar and spice flavors. Monolithic and concentrated, coating the palate on the saturated finish. A bit heavy-handed. Drink now through 2020.

"Henschke’s 2010 Hill of Grace has got more 99 points than any other Australian wine: eight, from wine writers around the world tasting it blind. It’s seems a statistical impossibility!" Andrew Caillard MW, Decanter, March 2016

El Enemigo Malbec 2019
El Enemigo Malbec 2019
On the nose the Malbec has floral scents of violets and lavender, along with the freshness of its natural acidity. The Petit Verdot lends the aromas of the ripe black berry fruits. The palate offers vanilla and toasted flavours; in the mouth it is sweet, silky and big. It is a wine of a good balance and strong tannins.

Brundlmayer Gruner Veltliner Alte Reben 2017
Brundlmayer Gruner Veltliner Alte Reben 2017
A rich and still juvenile bouquet of hay & honey blossoms, melon, yellow fruit with subtle exotic tones, as well as apple and citrus peel, followed by a whiff of peppery and toasty spice, at first fresh and dry but very sappy, with a creamy texture, almost rich, very complex and detailed, i.e. blossom honey, freshly cut citrus, apple and stone fruit, nicely contoured & firmly interwoven, with a long and spicy finish.
