Tasting Notes by Lenz M. Moser, Chief Winemaker Chateau Changyu Moser XV:

The colour comes with a hue of rosé, just a touch to indicate the provenance. Surprisingly peachy on the nose with a cornucopia of floral aromas – it certainly enlarges the spectrum of fragrance in wine.

On the palate it offers a stunning lusciousness of peach and exotic fruits with a hint of violet. The vibrancy comes from its perfectly embedded acidity. Its long and rewarding finish asks for the next zip."

Robert Parker (RP) : 87 Points (2021)
Chateau Changyu Moser XV’s 2021 Moser Family Cabernet Sauvignon Blanc de Noir is, like the wine of this overall type in its Helan Mountain Range, of a very pale pink appearance. On the nose, there is some delicate cranberry, peach and nectarine, with a hint of herbaceousness and some toastiness, as this wine does see a degree of new oak. On the palate, the wine is a bit more evolved and does need drinking up. But there is still some delicate fruit, those toasted notes and even some lees influence, resulting in a more complex mouthfeel than the Helan Mountain Range Cabernet Sauvignon Blanc de Noir. It's buoyed by some refreshing acidity and better integrated 14.5% alcohol. It’s not a rosé for the fainthearted and is stylistically unique in China, for sure. With its shorter to moderate length, this vintage is one to drink up, but it will hold through the current year and possibly just into next.
