Fitzrovia Rosé is a delicate salmon colour with an abundance of fine bubbles. Chardonnay brings freshness and finesse, whilst the Pinots add the classic red fruits for which England is so acclaimed.

A raspberry and redcurrant nose carries through to a fresh fruit-driven palate.

Wine Enthusiast (WE) : 92 Points (NV)
Something savory and soy-like creeps into the red hedgerow fruit on the nose of this pale-pink sparkler. The palate comes in with mouth-filling strawberry fruit and that same wonderful savoriness. There is pepper and ample lemon freshness. The finish resonates and spells pleasure, spice and refreshment.

Robert Parker (RP) : 89 Points (NV)
The NV Fitzrovia is an equal blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier and this had been bottled around the end of 2015. It has a very succinct bouquet with pressed flower, walnut and a touch of crème fraiche, that nuttiness seeming to become more expressive with aeration. The palate is very well balanced with that walnut theme continuing, an agreeable creaminess to the texture with just a hint of dried honey towards the long finish. This just has the edge over the 2014 Cavendish thanks to greater precision.

Cavendish Brut
The traditional blend Cavendish is a rich golden colour with exceptionally fine bubbles. The nose is expressive with hints of red fruits. The Pinot dominance brings depth and complexity to the palate with a long-lasting finish, whilst the Chardonnay adds finesse and freshness.
