Cinsault

De Martino Viejas Tinajas Cinsault is a unique and vibrant expression of Chile's Itata Valley, crafted entirely from Cinsault grapes and honoring the country's ancient winemaking traditions. This wine is notable for its bright red fruit, floral aromatics, and an earthy minerality that captures the essence of the Guarilihue terroir.

Named for John Coltrane, this cuvée plays an improvisational line: lifted aromatics, fine-chalky texture and a long, mineral finish that showcases Guarilihue Alto's coastal energy.

A soulful, single-vineyard Cinsault from Itata, Monk 2017 marries red-fruited purity with stony precision, delivering a vivid, site-driven wine of finesse and quiet power.

This 2023 release elevates Cinsault to grand vin status: an old-vine, single-site Swartland red, brimming with roses, wild berries and spice, framed by vibrant acidity and superfine, persistent tannins.
