En partie fermenté et vieilli dans de grands fûts de chêne, ce rosé bénéficie d’un profil de dégustation plus complexe et structuré que la cuvée Whispering Angel. Il apporte un aspect premium qui donnera aux amoureux du rosé un vin plus riche, fabuleux pour un apéritif ou pour accompagner un met de qualité. Si vous appréciez la minéralité du Sancerre, vous adorerez ce vin.

A pale peach-colored rosé with aromas of roses, strawberries, raspberries and nectarines. It’s medium-bodied with crisp acidity and a juicy, creamy palate. Deliciously fruity with good concentration and length.

Decanter (DCT) : 91 Points (2019)

From one of the most well-known rosé brands around the world, Rock Angel is the bigger, more intense and nuanced brother to Whispering Angel. Pale blush pink in colour, this is lively and refreshing with the depth and structure to pair well with food. A blend of Grenache and Vermentino, this offers white flower and raspberry notes on the nose and a blend of apple, pink grapefruit and summer berries on the palate. One to try if you like the other wines in the stable.

Vinous (Antonio Galloni) (VN) : 91 Points (2019)

Light pink. Mineral-accented red berry and pit fruit aromas are complemented by a building floral top note. Silky and smooth on the palate, offering ripe strawberry, tangerine and white peach flavors that take on a honeyed nuance with air. Shows very good persistence on the finish, which leaves a repeating pit fruit note behind.

Wine Enthusiast (WE) : 90 Points (2019)

This ripe wine is packed with warm strawberry fruits, lightly touched by acidity. Juicy, perfumed and with an attractive spicy character, it has weight, richness and density, with a fine bite of pepper at the end.
