Ken Forrester uses six different Stellenbosch vineyards to make this old-vine cuvée, which he describes as "the core of the business". Wild fermented with 20% new wood, it's rich and flavoursome with pear and nectarine fruit and a fresh, well-balanced finish. 2029-25

Nose of green waxy apples with hints of wet granite and dried grass. Cool and lean style with soft flavours.

A pleasing white with lots of character, from dried apples to peaches, following through to a medium body. A fruity and juicy finish. Drink now.

Juicy, with kiwifruit, pear and green almond flavors that show good drive through the creamy-edged finish.
