An opulent sweet wine made from Botrytis affected grapes evoking dates, sun-dried figs, orange zest and quince paste intermingled with rosehip syrup and Middle-Eastern spices. Mouth-watering acidity balances the luscious sweetness (110g/l RS).

The lush, honeyed 2015 Botrytis Pinot Gris kicks off with scents of beeswax, marmalade and candied ginger. It's medium to full-bodied, broad and mouth coating on the palate but reasonably balanced, with hints of fresh peaches, tangerines and a bit of citrus pith on the finish.

Luscious apricot and black fig with exotic spice and dried orange peel. Tastes sweeter than the 105g/L residual sugar suggests, but in harmony with its acidity.
